I can't say enough about the exceptional care we receive regularly from Complex Care staff and physicians. They are absolutely awesome! Very personable, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this clinic to any and everyone.

Dr Allgaier is very attentive, listens to my concerns, and has done an excellent job in helping me out after a severe 4th degree burn on my left calf. I would recommend him to everybody.

Have had numerous doctors in my lifetime and have found complex care center to be one of the best for information, customer relations, mapping out progress, bedside manner, and depth of following up, all in a caring environment! Try em and you will not be disappointed! Best in the Tri-Cities!

Where do I begin?! I have been searching for a competent, caring, and compassionate doctor since arriving in the Tri-Cities 6 years ago. After being subjected to the inadequate treatment and nonchalant attitude of the Kadlec physicians and hospital, I am completely delighted to have found Complex Care, and more importantly, Dr. Algaier. He not only takes the time to listen to my concerns, but he has the ability to put my mind at ease and answer any and questions I have, followed up by the appropriate treatment. He is kind, and extremely funny, and I've never left his office without a smile on my face, and a positive attitude even when I'm under the weather. The clinic staff are very nice, and there's never a long wait. So, if you're tired of the Kadlec runaround, give Complex Care a try, you won't be sorry!!! Thank you to the staff and especially to Dr. Algaier for being an example of what healthcare should be in this country!

I saw Berlin today and she is the nicest the best medical assistant in the whole world and she's beautiful and she walks for. It works for a doctor alligator and he's the best. I would wait in his office 2 hours for him so if you guys would come to complex care you'll be taken care of thank you

My 1st appointment experience with Complex Care was absolutely EXCELLENT. Briefly, I am in transition phase of my PCP starting work there. Unfortunately, a couple of problems reared needing attention. I explained situation to scheduler and she got me in right away to see Thomas Luedeke,ARNP. Excellent care with my visit. I was not rushed, he listened and took immediate action to help resolve my concerns. I left feeling so relieved and refreshed knowing how my future care will be when needed. Personal message to Tom: My appreciation to you seeing me is nothing but GRATEFUL. Thank you for being an outstanding provider in today's health care system. Natalie

Dr. Allgaier genuinely cares. He is positive, caring, and really listens. He is ready to assist and tackle any concerns you might have and is truly a gem in a fast pace monetized system made to treat us like just a number. I have been going here for a little over a year, and I ALWAYS leave feeling like there's a plan in place that gives me a sense of peace for my personal medical journey. The front desk is always pleasant, the office is well kept and clean. 10/10 highly recommend for anyone who genuinely wants to have a physicians office care about you and your well being. Every M.A has been courteous and professional. I have laughed at every appointment. I just could go on and on here. Thankyou for all you do, our community is better, because of all the work this office does to assist its patients.

The team is great, quick wait times, and very friendly staff. The office staff are always nice and make sure messages get to the appropriate people. The always treat you with respect and kindness. Their office is always clean and inviting. Dr Jeffrey Allgaier is very caring and has a great bedside manner. He spent a couple hours with me in the office, then called me at home to finish going over my conditions, meds, and treatment plan for a couple more hours after hours. Chad Perry and Thomas Leudeke also have compassion and work together with Dr Jeffrey Allgaier as a team on my case (TRIPLE POWER). Able, the insurance, meds, and durable medical equipment specialist kicks butt on making sure you get what you need. He advocates for you between insurance, pharmacy, and medical companies. The referral specialist get it done quick and efficiently by looking up my insurance and finding the appropriate places.They also have a, "COOL KIDS CLUB", with excellent extra benefits (CHECK IT OUT!). I would recommend THE COMPLEX CARE CENTER to anybody looking for great doctors and friendly staff. Thank you guys, give yourselfs a big pat on the back.
